2. Ring Size Issues

  • If you receive a ring that does not fit properly due to sizing issues, you may request an exchange or resize within 3-5 days of receiving the item.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or resize, the ring must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
